Canceling subscription and refund

I have not used WordPress in years and I have contacted you about this before in regards to canceling everything because I use a totally different host etc.. which doesn’t require WordPress, yet you keep charging my card 96.00 a month. Last charge being last month!! I would like a refund and cancel my subscription. I believe I have done my part!!

I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, I checked your account, and there hasn’t been an active upgrade since February. If this is a WordPress.com-related charge, the purchased upgrade is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com, which will help you find the correct account and what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
