Canceling upgrade

  I’ve tried to cancel my upgrade but I have not been sent an confirmation email stating that it has been cancelled. And it’s well within my 30 days…

  Are you looking to cancel both your registered domain and WordPress.com Premium? Or just WordPress.com Premium?
