Canceling Upgrade/Payment

    I attempted to cancel my automatic upgrade Saturday and didn’t realize I needed to confirm and then received the invoice from PayPal today. When I tried to cancel and receive a refund, it said something went wrong. Is it simply because the payment hasn’t gone through and needs to clear before the refund can take place? Either way, I do not want this upgrade and I don’t want to spend the $99 and records should show I clearly tried to cancel prior to the automatic upgrade. Please help! I plan to delete this blog altogether because I did it on another site.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble! I just cancelled and refunded that Premium upgrade for you, so you’re all set with that. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
