Canceling WordPress subscriptions

    The faq’s state ‘If you choose to let your plan expire, your site will be switched to our Basic (free) plan. You will no longer have access to the features included in your plan, and in some cases, content created may be lost.’
    In what cases might content be lost?
    I only want to increase storage on my site then downgrade to basic site once I stop traveling, but will still need ongoing access to my content.

    Hi there,

    You can purchase one of our plans to increase your site’s storage. If you let your plan expire and get downgraded to the Free one, then your uploaded files will remain intact, but you won’t be able to upload more files.
