Cancell and refund

    Hello I started the WordPress and wanted to get the free blog to start with and see if it works for me. but instead I paid £84 for a subscription. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a full refund. I checked the process online however I’m not able to request a refund as on the purchase page it still saying purchase pending but my payment has already been taken from my bank account. ???

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that there are no paid upgrades under the account from which you’re reaching out. I don’t see even any purchase attempts.

    Could it be that you purchased the plan under a different account of yours? Have you received a WordPress.com receipt to your email? If so, check what email address was it sent to, and log in with that address.

    If that doesn’t help, you can search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction, we’ll need to get some additional information from you, which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
