    Hi. I did not want to renew these products; I asked to cancel the renewal on the wordpress website but have not seen a refund. Can you advise whether a refund was issued and if not can you authorize one? Thank you! Mark

    The refund was sent September 4, the same day as the charge, so it’s possible that PayPal processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have been removed.
