cancellation

Hello,
I had made a cancellation/refund request in the same day that I created my domain. I still have not received a refund or cancellation notice. I had already confirmed the cancellation and now that I still haven’t seen the refund I tried it again. It only opens a new window that asks if I am sure that I want to cancel but it does not give me anything to click yes or no.
Can you please make sure that this gets sorted out? I made sure to cancel it in the same day so I don’t know why it’s not working.
