Cancellation

    I want to cancel and NOT renew The Signature Beach blog. The Condominium Association decided it was not a necessary expense any more. I can not figure out how to go to anything that provides details. It is scheduled to renew in early February

    Only the upgrade owner can cancel upgrades. However, I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
