    I am thinking of upgrading my account to a premium account. If I do so do I have to continue with the premium account the entire year? What if I decide to cancel after 3 months, can I do so?

    We have a 30 day refund policy on all of our upgrades, including the premium account. So, if you decide that you no longer want the upgrade, you can get a full refund within 30 days. We have a 48 hour refund policy on custom domains, however – so if you are unsure about the premium account, but are sure about the custom domain you are using, we would refund you the amount minus the cost of the domain.
