    I’m trying to cancel my Personal Bundle, but under purchases it only offers upgrades no cancellations.

    You’ve already cancelled your plan, that’s why you’re not seeing anything in Purchases. I’ve refunded the Personal Plan portion of your payment that wasn’t refunded. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
