Cancellation

  I thought I had cancelled my accounts in July but I was charged £30 yesterday for a personal account which I thought was the free one. I believe I have now cancelled everything and I got a £2 refund. Is it possible to recover the remaining £28?

  I’ve refunded the remaining £28 and you can view a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days appear on your statement, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  There are now no active upgrades on your account so you won’t be charged again.
