I cannot access the areas that allow me to cancel my account. The website responds that it cannot load the settings.

Hi there,
To close your account, you first need to cancel your plan and your domain (fairtradetriangle.com). For that go to your Purchases page select your plan and click on the Cancel Subscription and Refund option.
Please note that If you cancel your domain, there is no guarantee it will become available to register somewhere else, and you may not be able to get it back. So, if you want to use it elsewhere please read our Domain transfer guide:

My purchases page is not loading – besides some grey, blinking blocks nothing shows up. How can I get it to work? -
This looks like an issue with your browser. Please try the following:
* Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:
* Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:
* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:
