    Hi –

    The first thing we have to do is get your account reinstated because you deleted it. My advice is to not delete any account where you have an outstanding payment or refund question.

    Write back to the email that we sent when the account was deleted. Our team will reply to you there.

    Once the account is reinstated we can address the payment dispute. It’s not possible for us to process a refund because you denied the charge with your bank. That needs to be cancelled before we can process a refund. Otherwise, you will eventually get a refund through the dispute process but it will take several months.
