    Hi there,

    What exactly do you want to cancel, and for which site? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from WordPress.com, and doesn’t own anything that can be cancelled.

    If you bought an upgrade for a site in another account, please log into that account and open a new support request for help with this.
