Cancellation

    I canceled my plan completely but I have only refunded GBP69, I was charged GBP84.
    Please arrange the rest be refunded. so far no positive response from your site .

    I’ve processed the rest of that refund for you. So you should be all set. Our apologies for the hassle. I’m not sure exactly what happened there.

    Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
