    I have been tryin to cancel this account since the day after I signed up, i emailed you, i talked to my bank, but i am still being charged – please cancel this account NOW! Please cancel the account right away! It is NOT something that I can use! It is NOT what I thought, nor can I put it to use

    I can see we issued the refund on August 13th. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

    Please note that refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account. So, wait a few more days and if you still can’t find the refund, then follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
