    I just cancelled my account. Will I be refunded the full amount I was charged to renew this past April? Thank you.

    Hi @architectconcepts, I can see you were refunded for everything but the domain, as it was a little too late to stop that from renewing for another year.

    Canceling the domain will make it go through a long redemption process, too. Given that, do you want us to go ahead and restore it for you? You can use it here or with another host as you like. It’s yours for the next year.
