Cancellation

    We need to cancel this account and receive a refund for any new charges. The site is no longer in use. Also we need to find out what paypal account it was billed to because we\’re not finding the actual charges and don\’t know where it\’s pulling funds from.

    Hi there,

    I cancelled your Custom Design upgrade and issued a full refund, as requested. You can check your billing history by going to Store > Billing History in your site’s dashboard or by visiting your account’s Billing History page here: https://wordpress.com/settings/billing-history-v2/

    This upgrade was actually purchased with a credit card, not a PayPal account, and that’s the card that will receive the refund. (Please note it can take about 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement).

    We don’t have access to your credit card details, for your own security. Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal, so if you need to verify which credit card was charged you can contact PayPal for assistance. You will need your transaction ID, which is listed on your receipt. (You can find all of your receipts in your billing history.)
