Cancellation and Refund

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    As you can see that I have not used this account at all. I believe it was on auto renewal that is why I have been charged $13. I request you for a refund asap and request you to cancel this account. I am writing to you before a period of 48 hours and hope that I will be refunded the amount.
