Cancellation and Refund

    Hello there,

    I canceled and opted for a refund on the domain name and premium package yesterday. It was within the 96 hour period.

    I want to enquire ,within what time period will the refund be paid back into the account with which the payment was made?

    Howdy,

    Refunds are generally complete within 72 hours or so, but sometimes can take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases (some non-USA banks) can take even longer.

    From our end, we’re seeing that the refund is still processing. If you haven’t seen the refund in a week or so, please reply here again and we can see if there is anything else we can do on our end.

    It can also be helpful to talk to your financial institution.
