Cancellation and Refund

  I have cancelled the domain today but the charges are applied twice for the domain.
  Can you please let me have the refund both the times?

  The purchase was processed September 29, 2020 and a refund was processed that same day (today). Often when the charge/refund happen so close together, there isn’t an actual refund that goes through. Instead the original charge is just removed from your account. However, that can display a bit weirdly when it first happens. I would give it 24-48 hours and see if it doesn’t sort itself out.
