cancellation and refund

  I tried cancelling my subscription by clicking purchases/subscription/bradedtech.ltd there is no button to manage the cancellation only showing active upgrades, billing, payment method. none to cancel the subscription. there is no live chat, no email to ask for help. I’m really frustrated help

  live chat not possible to connect as it says go premium. Does WordPress has email or Tel for cancellation and refund? please help

  Hi there,

  I’ve just checked your account and I can see that you’ve already canceled the WordPress.com Business plan and a full refund has been issued to you. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  You weren’t able to find the option to chat with us or send us an email likely because you had already canceled the plan by that point, which removed the ability to chat/send us an email. We don’t offer phone support at WordPress.com.

  In any case, the refund has been issued to you. It can take some time for your credit card issuer to process the refund.
