Hi, I downgraded my plan (48$) and it was downgraded IMMEDIATELY . It happens less than in a month after purchase? Do I GET refund since my plan is already physically downgraded?

If you’d like though, we can still restore both the plan and domain to your account.

So if this is too late, and I really can’t get my money back then I can’t see the reason why my website was allowed to downgrade.
And if you persist that I can’t refund it, then I want it to be back upgraded. -

If you’d like to use the domain name elsewhere, we have a few options:
Domains can be transferred to another registrar 60 days after registration by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/ (the 60-day hold is imposed on all domain registrars by the organization which oversees us)
