Cancellation and refund for Value Bundle

  I would like a refund for WordPress Value Bundle that I recently purchased. As instructed, I navigated to ‘Store’ and ‘My Upgrades’ and pressed the ‘Cancel Bundle’ button.

  It the takes me to the following website: https://myaccessaustraliadotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php

  I have not received a confirmation that you have received this request to cancel my bundle and refund the payment. Please confirm that my bundle has been canceled and that I will be receiving a refund.
