    I am trying to cancel my upgrade but am getting this message: Upgrade not cancelled and refunded There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble! I cancelled your WordPress.com Premium plan for you, which also cancelled the pending payment. (The payment hadn’t gone through yet, so you haven’t been charged. However, it may take some time for your credit card company to process that and show that it’s cancelled on your statement.)
