Cancellation Issue

  I wanted to cancel my subscription. I thought there was a trial period before I was charged but I misunderstood. It says it is refunding me $9.88 and not the full $35.88. Please let me know why this is the case so I can be refunded the full amount. Thank you.

  I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
