Cancellation of domain and refund

Hi,
I was charged for a domain renewal on 31/1/17 and logged in that day and cancelled it. The page said I would receive a full refund however I have not received a refund, and I can’t see anywhere in my ‘manage purchases’ area any evidence of a refund coming through. Please let me know when to expect my refund & confirm it was cancelled. Thanks – Georgia
