Cancellation of domain transfer

  Hi there,

  I have cancelled my plan and have received half back. I think i was not refunded the cancelled domain transfer?

  You’re right. I have just refunded the remaining amount; you can see the details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
