Cancellation of plan

    Hi, I set up a blog on Sunday and paid for a premium plan yesterday for £84. I would like to cancel my plan and get a refund please. I believe I have 48hours to do this so am registering my request now.

    Hi there,

    The last payment made by the account you’re using to post here was in February 2017. This account does not own any active upgrades except for a premium theme bought in 2016, and there are no recent payments that we can refund.

    For what site did you buy the Premium Plan? Please log into the account that you used to make that purchase and reply here, then I can help you with the refund.
