Cancellation of site

    Hi, I enrolled on WordPress to add a blog to my godaddy website and something has gone wrong as my site with you has taken over my godaddy website. This was not my plan! I have cancelled my subscriptions with you and would like a full refund and for my site and details to be deleted so I can restore my godaddy site. Please could you contact me with advise and when my refund will be made please as your site is quite difficult to follow.

    Hi there,

    Looks like we missed your thread when you posted it, but a volunteer has marked it for staff attention now.

    You’ve already cancelled your upgrades and we’ve issued a full refund. You should have received that by now.

    The reason your WordPress.com site appeared at your GoDaddy domain is because you pointed that domain away from GoDaddy, and to us instead. That’s what the domain mapping upgrade you bought does.

    If you want to instead set up a blog on your GoDaddy website, you need to contact GoDaddy for help. That website has nothing to do with WordPress.com.
