Cancellation of the automatic renewal plan

I want to cancel the automatic renewal plan for cintropur.net because the site will be permanently closed soon. I already bought a new plan for aguagreen.com

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade. This is why you are not seeing any way to cancel.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.

My apologies for replying to quickly with my first answer. That information is incorrect.
Looking into the situation a bit more, I’m not seeing that cintropur.net is hosted or registered here at WordPress.com. The domain is registered through bookmyname.com and appears to be hosted with o2switch.net. You will need to reach out to those support teams in order to cancel any billing associated with cintropur.net.
