Cancellation refund?

  If I cancel my site before the 1 year subscription (for instance after 6 months), is there a refund for unused portion?

  We offer a 30 day refund period. After that, we do not prorate. If after say, 6 months you wished to upgrade to a higher plan, say Premium to Business, then you would only pay the difference. The renewal date on the higher level plan would then be the same renewal date as the original plan.
