  Hello, i bought premium plan and later upgraded it. i cancelled the plan but i only got the refund of upgrade amount.
  when will be premium plan refund will be intiated ?

  Hi there,

  As you can see from your Billing History page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing) we have issued a refund for both your Premium plan and your Business plan upgrade.

  Those refunds have been processed on our end and you’ll see them in your statement in approximately 10 business days.
