Cancellation refund

I had made a cancellation on my WordPress account (domain + upgrade) on August 28 (9 days ago) and did receive an instant notification confirming the cancellation and refund of £43.20 to my original mode of payment (debit card). Despite having waited for 9 business days, I still haven’t received the money. Can you please update me on this? Transaction details are as follows:

We processed your refund on the very same day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.
