    I cancelled my subscription for 2022 and received the refunded email of $18 and $48 on the 14 February I cancelled my subscription for 2022 and received the refunded email of $18 and $48 on the 14 February 2022, I have only received the $18 with the $48 outstanding.     Hello,

    I’m seeing the refunds as being processed on our end on 2022-02-14. Once that has happened, the process is largely out out of our hands.

    One thing that can happen when a charge is refunded on the same day that it processed, sometimes banks will simply cancel the charge as if it never existed and not issue a refund.

    Have you tried contacting your banking institution to ask them where the refund is? That would be the next step I think.
