Cancelled ad still running

  Hi, I cancelled my ad campaign ID100200 on June 8th and was charged a fee on June 8th, but just got an email from WordPress on June 15 that my cancelled ad was still running and charged a 2nd fee. The ad should’ve stopped June 8th when I cancelled and I shouldn’t have been charged the 2nd time.
