Cancelled domain transfer

  I have cancelled a domain with wordpress.com. I want to use it for another website. How much time do I have to wait? or can I transfer now?

  Hi –

  The lapse time depends on how long the domain was registered for. Sometimes the only way to use the domain with another provider is for us to restore it and then you can change the DNS records to point it somewhere else.

  Looks like malavikahebbar.com was purchased and cancelled on the same day, December 29th. It should be released in 5 days for registration at another provider.
