cancelled domain within 48 hrs and still on hold as cancellation pending

Hello,
I canceled domain wanderforjourney.com within 48hrs. It got hold as cancellation pending. So I thought it takes some times to get through cancellation process. But now, 48 hrs has passed, and it is still cancellation pending with the message that “I can’t cancel it because 48 hrs has passed.” WHAT!?
Can you help with this?? I got another domain, so I really want to cancel this domain, and also want to get refund since I did cancel in 48 hrs.

I can cancel that domain wanderforjourney.com for you. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.
Are you sure you want to give up that domain name completely? If so, please let me know and I can cancel it for you. If you want to keep using that domain name somewhere else, I can help you move it to another site.

I want to cancel “wanderforjourney.com” for sure. Just for your information, can you take extra care on not deleting “indulgencechannel.com” because I found out that “wanderforjourney.com” is mapped to “indulgencechannel.com”.

Thank you for confirming that! I cancelled and refunded wanderforjourney.com for you. You can continue using your other domain on the site: http://indulgencechannel.com/
It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.
