Cancelled engagement/domain name and refund

    Dears,

    I received this morning a bill from WordPress with 99€ for a premium engagement and 18€ for a name of domain. Because I don’t use my web site anymore I decided canceling my premium account and my name of domain and being refund for both (117€ total amount).

    I received a confirmation email for being refund of the premium engagement but I didn’t receive anything concerning the cancelation of my name of domain (which one already completely disappeared from my account) or any refund.
    Could you please confirm me the refund of both elements.

    I have canceled your subscription for maissanezinai.com and refunded the additional €18 of charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
