Cancelled my domain & site. Did not get a full refund

  Hi, i just created a wordpress account and purchased a domain. I paid $47 and only got refunded $25.88. How do I get my full refund. I purchased on Sept 18th, and decide to cancel the 19th.

  I’m happy to issue a refund for the domain. Before I do so, I just want to double check whether you want to use the domain on another site or whether you no longer need it all?

  Once a domain has been cancelled, there is no guarantee you will be able to get it back. For this reason, we only recommend cancelling naturallyvegan.blog if you are sure you won’t need it again.

  Hello! Thanks so much for getting back to me. I just want to go ahead and cancel it all. I will not be using the domain anymore anywhere else etc.

  Thanks for confirming. I’ve refunded the domain cost and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, so the money should reach you around that time.
