Cancelled my domain – want credit

    Happiness engineers in a public form. I cancelled my domain on 2/9, renewal for the upcoming year was due 2/10. Now I can only send a message via the public forum. Would someone kindly forward this request to the billing department? The domain was acommunityteam.com. They can send an email confirming cancellation to the email address on file. After giving me credit, I would like to delete the credit card on file. Please confirm. thank you very much

    Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for acommunityteam.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. Also, now that auto renew is canceled, we no longer keep your credit card information on file – so you’re good to go!
