Cancelled Plan. Need Domain to be freed for transfer to another registrar

    We bought the Premium plan, then transferred an existing URL(that was bought before coming to wordpress) to my wordpress account. Since then I’ve decided to go with another site for managing my website. Please help remove the lock on the domain since I get a – ……….wordpress.com doesn’t exist when typing in the URL.

    I can see you cancelled the Premium plan and domain mapping upgrade for yourdiabetescoachkavitha.com, then deleted the site itself.

    Visiting yourdiabetescoachkavitha.com takes me to Wix rather than WordPress.com. If you are still seeing a message on WordPress.com, please try clearing your browser cache:

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    Browser can cache old DNS but that should help flush them out.
