Cancelled premium

    Hello i canceled my wordpress premium subscription because i did not need the extra bells and whistles that premium offered. I wanted to downgrade to personal but i could not find a option to downgrade, and therefore i cancelled the subscrption

    Is there any way i could get back my personal plan without having to pay the domain fee because i already have the domain that i got when subscribing to the personal plan in the first place

    In case anyone else looking for details about downgrading comes across this thread, downgrades can only be done by staff. If you wish to downgrade a plan, please contact live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and we can help you downgrade there without cancelling anything.
