Cancelled premium

    Hello! I’ve just cancelled my premium and was wondering if I could get a refund? I’ve only just seen that the money came out of my account, I thought I had switched off auto-renew and that it would sort itself out.
    I understand that it is a yearly billing, I am less than a month into the year that I paid for on the 18th of January so a full refund would be great

    The refund for this was sent today.

    Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
