Cancelled subscription

  Hi,

  I just cancelled the ‘personal’ plan but was only refunded € 22,88. I also cancelled the domain mapping and I read somewhere that I get the € 13 refunded if I cancel the mapping within two days after purchasing, which I did. I didn’t get a notification of any refund for the domain mapping so how do I get the money back?

  I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
