Cancelled subscription

    Hello,
    I cancelled my subscription a long time ago (last year or maybe even the year before). I was just charged $121 again for some reason by wordpress.
    The transaction was cleared on December 14.
    Can you help me to have that money refunded to my account? There is no history of the purchase in my ‘manage purchases’ section of my profile but my CC is showing the charge.

    What is the URL of the site that the charge applied to? We may have to do a bit of digging.

    The issue is that I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
