Cancelled subscription

I thought I had cancelled this subscription over a year ago, yet I see there has been a transaction through my bank account. I note that there is no payment method set up on the account, nor is there any account history. The fact that a payment has been taken seems like a scam. This service is neither one I use, nor do i want to have it in future. Please arrange for an immediate refund of the £99 you have taken from my account, and close it down permanently. Delete all associated data you have that relates to me/the account and confirm that this has been actioned.

I can’t see any transactions on this account – is it possible you have access to multiple accounts?
Also, are you able to locate a transaction ID as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
