Cancelled the purchase

    hi there, I bought the personal service and cancelled with 24 hours. I also transferred my previous website to wordpress.com. Since the service was cancelled, where is my website now? I can’t find it either the previous hosting or wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    Do you mean you transferred your domain to us, rather than site? It’s not possible to transfer an entire site to us, but you did transfer the domain, 15homeuk.com, as the free domain in your Personal Plan.

    You cancelled that domain on 14 June when you cancelled your plan. We sent you an email specifically to confirm the domain cancellation when you did that.

    If this was in error we can still restore the domain for you, but in that case you’ll need to pay for it again, as your domain was automatically renewed for another year as part of the transfer process.

    Please confirm if you want us to restore the domain, and we can send you a link to pay for it again.
