Cancelled unintentional domain and website personal plan the same day, but received no email confirmation.

    I cancelled a never-should-have-been registered domain and website on WordPress.com on 1-9-19 within a short time on the same day I noticed money taken from my payment card. I completed the process, but received no email confirmation. Now I can not log in to chat with anyone and the domain does not work (which is fine since I never ordered it anyway). I need my refund, and I am entitled to it since I cancelled well within the 48-hour cancellation period. Heeelp.
