Cancelled word press account and I am still waiting for Refund

    Hi there I canceled my WordPress account and I am still waiting for my Refund. It was within the 30 days. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Can you please let me know when I can recive the payment.

    Hi kundalinitech,

    I canceled my WordPress account and I am still waiting for my Refund.

    Our system shows we refunded ¥35,800 on 1st January 2018 and you can see confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement, but international refunds outside the US can take a little longer.

    The money has been refunded from our side so the next step is to contact your bank and ask if there are any processing delays at their end. Processing times vary from bank to bank, especially with international refunds.

    When purchases cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks sometimes remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. You can check with your bank to see if this is the case.
